My name is Emily and I'm just a mom who likes cheese. I've been married to my husband for 12 years and together we have a rambunctious little boy and an independent little girl that completed our family.

We have recently moved back to Texas after spending a few years in Kansas City, I am a  teacher by day and a cheese connoisseur by night. I have always loved making Charcuterie Boards and my amazing tribe of ladies encouraged me to put myself out there for the world. With a leap of faith and my supportive family and friends "Cheese, Please!" was created! I am inspired by holidays, celebrations and themed parties to make each charcuterie box and board unique to the event it is being served at.
